I have a 2005 Mustang GT, and the parking brake won't stay up. There is tension, my e brake cable is fine. I can hold up the e-brake itself and the car won't move...the level itself just won't lock up, it isn't ratcheting. Is there a gear or something that can be replaced, or am I looking at a...
