    Removing OEM UCA bracket

I recently replaced my bracket and had to lower the fuel tank to get the bracket out (2010 GT). To get the full tank to lower I had to pry it loose from the body after loosening the straps, but it did lower enough for me to remove the bracket.

    Let's talk headers

I did my LTs on my back with simple hand tools (rachet, sockets, wrenches, etc.) and it took a while, but as those above have said, a lift would have made the job easier. I went with JBA and their catted h-pipe and my car is still pretty loud. Take your time and make sure you use oem gaskets...

    Intake manifold gasket

Take a picture of the area your talking about and post it. Our cars are known to have a leak at the heater hose fitting in the valley of the engine. I had the same problem and it was the fitting...

Can the TR-3650 be dropped without draining the fluid?

I'm no pro by any means, but i've been running RP from about 30k to 155k miles with fluid changes at 60k and 130k with no issues. I drive it hard and randomly track mine, but no lockout or issues from my car thus far. Maybe I have a unicorn!

    How many miles you got?

2010 at 156K. Picked it up with 18 miles on it.

    Trans fluid tr3650

I've run RP for the last 100k with no problems and smooth shifts for a daily driven car, so I recommend it without a doubt.

I have 150K miles on my 2010 and only changed on COP because I broke a mounting tab. I wouldn't have changed it otherwise

I can't even enjoy this post with the long safety essay's. OP great idea, wish I came up with something like this. Do you want to sell me a kit? I need all of the aluminum panels to be replaced with carbon...

    Hot Rod Cam install questions

I got mine a little over a year ago, and the main difference is the little oiling hole on the rocker. It's cut at an angle versus the straight thru cut ones I took off my car.

    Hot Rod Cam install questions

I recently changed my cams and replaced my rockers with Ford's new style rockers (improved oiling) as well as the timing set. My car was at 130K when I changed everything, but the car ran perfect before changing anything. I also changed the oil pump with the high flow kit Ford Performance...

On ramps for winter, LT header gaskets, trans maintenance

My Steeda tune ran extremely rich, so I switched to Lito and haven't looked back.

On ramps for winter, LT header gaskets, trans maintenance

I live close to Steeda so it was a no brainer to get their ball joints. How loud are you looking for your car to be? I have LT's w/cats but i have them hooked to the Roush Extreme kit for the 2010 GT so i't extremely loud but not bad for a daily

On ramps for winter, LT header gaskets, trans maintenance

I have JBA headers and needed front and rear O2 extensions, as for the bolts there's no need to use locktite, just make sure you torque them to spec, and check them after around 500 miles. I have GT500 lower control arms with Steeda X5 ball joints on my car and they are great. All work on my...

    Clutch master cylinder

I just installed the GT500 piece but haven't driven the car yet. I highly recommend removing the entire pedal assembly because it makes the job 100000% easier. Once I drive my car i'll let you know how it is

To change timing chain or not change it, that is the question

I'm at 130K miles and purchased all of the above to include hot rod cams, so I took it a step further and got some new valve stem seals, and ford performance's lash adjusters and rocker arms... before I dig in the motor maybe i'll just buy some rods and pistons and replace everything so I don't...

What have you done to your mustang today?

Finished up my new McLeod Street Pro clutch, flywheel, and slave cylinder install. It's definitely easier with long tubes and the car shifts way better than it did when i had the Exedy Mach 400. The clutch pedal is smoother than i remember the stock piece being.
