I have a good mid pipe as well, free, but I'm in Ontario Canada.

I had/have the same issue. I went with the power stop kit (pads and rotors) which are good. I agree with the others, the braided steal lines are very effective and well worth the money. Had them on other vehicles and they made a huge difference. But nothing is a substitute for a big brake...

I put the Eibach Pro System Plus in my 06 GT vert plus and on the rear FRPP Shelby GT lower control arms. Improved handling immensely and no rear whl hop or sag on launch. Mines a weekend worrier. I love the difference and the performance.
