I have only 1 speed on my blower motor. I replaced the resistor with no luck. When I power the system on, the resistor gets hot, I mean really hot. I was wondering if any body has run across this issue? How do I go about bench testing the blower motor? If anybody has any suggestions please let...

If your looking for custom airbrush work, try calling bike shops. If your looking for a basic color, do it yourself? You'll save a ton by getting a book, a small spray gun and getting a little bit of paint and clearcoat. Thats what I did.

If you decide to utilize the factory wiring, you can use two of the wires in the top plug of the amps. To make life easyier, I suggest getting some blue "Posi-tap" connectors. They are much easier to use and you won't have to cut anything.

I guess knowbody has actually utilized the factory speaker wires for the front doors? Its apparent now that the door subs are the only things powered by the amps. Unplugging them just shut down the subs so this will make it easier to just run new wires to my new subs.

I did all the reseting, and ive sill changed my actuators twice now. I live in az and plastic doesnt last at 120 degrees. If I could find someone with a waterjet id get new gears cut from aluminum. Its just cheap plastic. Not the arm, you can run the with new actuators in and see.
