The Konis I had were the 05-10 ones and they were noisy. I had Bilsteins in the past, so I went back to them and haven't looked back. The feeling is night and day compared to the oranges. Definitely a more "European" feel. I'm sure lots of people have good luck with Konis.....I just wasn't one...

Sorry man....but the reality is that there have been a TON of issues with the oranges making noise. They might not have been known for making a bad strut, but they have sure been putting out a lot of noisy ones the last couple years.

It's a bad strut. Konis are known for that. I made the mistake of buying oranges and swapped them out for Bilsteins within a month. Your options are to pull them out and send them back, or buy new then send them back and get a credit.

I would put the mufflers back on, get an off road pipe and contact Lund or AED for a tune. Running the cats with a blower is just one more thing to worry about......sure it could be ok, but there is always the possibility of a cat fouling up or melting when running boost. I really didn't...

After adjusting my intercooler piping a couple times, I really wish there was a good plug n play thin fan alternative just to free up space. The wires to my fan are OK now, but I noticed that they had pinched between the BOV and the fan shroud.
