On the car it came off of (06 GT), it made 491rwh on pump 91, on a stock motor. With a smaller pullley, and a built motor and tune, it could make a LOT more. It will definitely fit an 05 GT. PM replied.

I have a nice set of used Ford Racing 4.10 gears. They're in excellent shape. Didn't make a peep. These are out of my own car. I swapped to 3.73's. Includes the large pinion bearing and race. Asking $100 shipped.

If the rotor offset is different, I don't see how it's possible the S550 calipers will work with S197 rotors on an S197 without some sort of spacer/s. If the rotor sits more inward, the caliper likely also sits more inward. My 14" Baer 6 piston rotors have a different offset than GT500 14"...

No, the 13/14 bearings are considerably larger, as shown in the picture above. Yes, you can run a '12 GT500 bearing in an 05-11 no problem. But definitely not a 13/14 bearing.

Pretty easy from what I understand. I've never done it myself, but I think it's a good idea.

Those tubes are super close from the factory. I lowered my engine a full inch, and had to run that tube/hose under the sway bar. You can shim your radiator support downward 1/2" to gain more clearance. Aside from that, I don't know of a solution.
