On a stock 2011 GT there is about 4" between the water pump snout and the fan housing, they are not in horizontal alignment, the waterpump is offset a small amount to the drivers side .I have completed a Boss 5.0 to a 93 LX swap. If I could be of any help let me know.
I would suggest that you start from scratch; remove the lca relocation brackets,install the stock lca's, take measurements from each lca front mounting bolt to its rear mounting bolt,( should be the same ). Install your relocation brackets & adj. lca's; adj the lca's to achieve the measurement...
You can also get the correct sensor's from Discount Tire Direct. All the 2011's need is the correct sensor's , enough air in the tire's and a short drive, the warning light should then go out..
A car with 530hp, weighing 3850lbs, should have the capabiliy of running 120mph in the 1/4. Falling down mid-track indicates that you probably have a ignition, fuel sys., tuning, blower or other problem (s). Get it to pull all the way, before deciding about a gear change.
Good Luck
Congrats on your improving performance, keep it up.
Here's something I picked up somewhere along the way;
Ideal 1/4 Mi. Pass ET X MPH = 1335
More than 1335 - Add Gear
Less than 1335 - Reduce Gear
Good Luck
