Is the clutch/tranny issue really that bad in the 11’ 5.0s? When I look through the tech section there are tons of threads on it. Here is my dilemma- Should I go for the 2011 (~$3000 off msrp using USAA) or just buy a decent fox/daily (garage my 2006) and wait to see if they clear all this up...

How many of you kids are running this clutch or something like it? I had one in my 04 cobra and it was decent. I need something somewhat streetable.

I know there are one or two guys on here who have swapped a 3v 5.4 in place of their 3v 4.6 in here but... If you guys could do it over again would you? Or would you go with another power plant or build up the 4.6? I just picked up a 06 GT with a few bolt-ons, but I also have a 5.4 just...
