    I did the Hurst Shifter and love it no issues. As far as cams go I put Ford Motorsport cams on at 30,000miles I'm at 77,000 now and zero issues bonous 60's idle baby

    I agree. I built the 08 to look as close to the 68 bullitt as possible. Rims Louvers cams and longtubes for lopey 60's idle. The car will never leave me. :)

    I put the oem 2003 Bullitt 17x8 rim on my 08 Bullitt and the offset is perfect with 255 50 17 nitto 555G2'sJJZ 109 1 by bullitt1011 posted May 12, 2014 at 12:31 PM Size is correct for speedo as well. only tire choice are 255/50/17 Nitto invo or 555G2's

    Rattle on Passenger side?

    If it sounds like it is coming from the door get them to check the lock mechanism. My 2008 made a rattle on the driver side and 2 bolts were loose. they were tightened up no more noise.

    No they do not work on the S197 body style. Retro is what these cars look best. My 0.02.

    You are correct 2003 OEM GT Rims. 255 Nitto Invos best part is the backspacing moves the tires right to the edge of the fender lip much nicer look and no spacers

    1996 gt wheels on a 2006 gt

    They will fit but as others have said stick out a bit I put the 2003 Bullitt style wheel on my bullitt to get the wheel well filled. 255/50/17's
