how do you adjust the headlights? i need to raise the beams and cant find the adjustment. i found the weird thing on the back of the bulb housing that has a little arrow and r/l but i need to go up and down. these silly assed monsterous Racemasters ruined my light alignment .

when i had my car tuned and had the pressure gauge on the blower. i did not see the 10 lbs of boost till the engine rpm was 6 or 6,500 rpm. ld like to see 10 lbs with lower rpm. and a bov take care of more/excess? or is this the difference between the diffeent makes of blowers? twin screw or...
