The crank pulley doesn’t line up with any other pulley. Anyone else have this experience?

You're driving the blower through the elastomer - and yours did not hold up. Hot tip: look on ebay for your part - ATI sells them direct with unnoticeable cosmetic blemishes for less than 1/2 price
