2008 mustang gt bogging down

My 2008 mustang gt is bogging down when at wot. It only does this when hitting 3rd gear it is a auto transmission. When at wot it goes through 1st and 2nd gear just fine but when it hits 3rd gear it falls on its face then shifts to 3rd gear. When cruising at 55mph if I go wot it down shifts and no problems at all. The only code I’m getting is p2196 bank one. Driving normal it runs and shifts just fine. It idles fine to. Here is my mods long tube headers steeda cold air intake and hot rod cams and 3.73 gears. Brenspeed tuned. I’ve had these mods for at least 2 years and no problems till now. Would a 02 sensor cause this? Any help would be appreciated.

What is your fuel pressure under WOT?

I have aeroforce gauge I will check fuel pressure at wot.

It does kinda sound like fuel starvation. When was last time you changed fuel filter? Or maybe try some good fuel injector cleaner. Air filter might possibly be clogged too. Anyway, I always start with the simplest things when trying to diagnose issues like this. Good luck.

The car sits for about 2 weeks at a time. Don’t drive it much trying to keep some miles off of it for awhile. Fuel filter was changed a year ago. I plan on changing spark plugs cleaning mass air flow and throttle body. Then will run some sea foam through gas tank. Then go from there.

That isn't good for the car. Like the human body, it needs exercise!

Fuel pressure at wot when hitting 3rd gear was 38 to 39 psi.
