2010 GT Mustang Non-navigation Shaker Audio System Problem

Hello I am new to this forum. I have a 2010 GT Mustang and have been having trouble from the Shaker Audio System (without navigation) and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the situation. Everything on my system works except for the AUX and PHONE link up. When I press either button nothing happens. I have searched through countless forums trying to find information and haven't come up on anything. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!
