2nd Time at the 1/4

Well Tonight I decided to head to Grand Bend Motorplex for the 1/4. Got there around 745ish and lined right up. After about 15 minutes I was at the line, first run I lost the slip but it was around 14.7ish @ 99.95mph spinning all of first and a bit of second. The car right after me I guess blew his motor half way down the track so we ended up having to wait almost 45 minutes for it to re open.

Pass 2 - Still abit of wheel spin in first: 14.52 @ 99.18 mph
Pass 3 - Still not quite hooking: 14.43 @ 101.36 mph
Pass 4 - Went from 42 PSI to 36: 13.91 @ 102.1 mph
Pass 5 - Came right back around for this one: 13.89 @ 102.48 mph

So after a decent night tires I was pretty happy with what I ran, wish I didn't forget my air pump so i could have played with the tire PSI more oh well good times.

Current mods are Cai + 93 octane tune from Brenspeed.

13.89 with just a cold air kit and tune isn't bad. With more practice you should see lows 13s with a better set of rear tires.

Yea if I had a few more passes I may have gotten 13.6xish, going back in month or two and we will see then.
