Is that part of Perimeter Lighting? If so, you should be able to disable PL entirely.

I thought that might be the case. I’m going ahead with a rocker style switch overhead between the lights. Planning to disconnect the cup holder lights too. Ford must have hired a freshman engineer for the interior lighting design. I just simply want to choose if and when the interior lights come on. I suspect it would be way infrequently. Just when I need to read something in the car at night. I for sure do not need the stage lights to get out of the car.
