Pulled this battery tray out of the '93 GT Foxbody I bought last summer when I moved the battery back into the engine compartment. Have no use for it. Nothing wrong with it. Includes counter sunk mounting bolts. That is some jute from the carpet that is stuck to it. A little nail polish remover and elbow grease should clean it off. $25 bucks plus shipping.
