boss 302 8.8 cover

i have a NEW ford 8.8 cover for boss 302 cars.
it has a part # dr3w-4a028-cb cast into the cover.
NO bolts or gasket, just the cover.

selling for $100 shipped in the lower 48 states.

Is that the cover that has the breather at the top?

it has a breather on the top right corner of the cover. their is a cover screwed onto the back side.
it has a port drilled and tapped on the lower left corner of the cover also. this port is NOT fully drilled into the cover. if you want to use it. it will have to be opened up on the back side.
their are also 2 bosses drilled and tapped on the bottom edge so you can bolt something to it.
on the last cooling rib on the right their are 3 holes drilled and tapped to bolt something to it also.
also the plugs on the back side have magnets built into them.
