Cel flashing after getting gas

everytime I fill my 05 mustang gt up with gas, the cel will flash when I drive until I get close to the gas light cutting on. When it is flashing, the car feels very sluggish like it has almost no power, but when I get back down to almost empty it'll get most of the power back but still doesn't feel like it used to. I've parked it now because I know I shouldn't drive it with the cel flashing but I need advice on what it could be

Get the code pulled, if u don’t have a device, Autozone will pull it for free.

Have to see the code for direction.

Only guess I’d have is the gas cap is bad with the information u provide

Without knowing the DTC...it's a crap-shoot!

Is the cel solid or is it blinking. Without further info it sounds like the plugs are fouled up
