"Classifieds Posting Requirements" Threads

Seeing a few of these lately I had an idea.

When one of these idiots tries to post a for sale thread instead of a message saying they don't have privileges they should get a message that says

"You cannot post for sale threads at this time. Please read the sticky located at this link." and give them the link to the sticky. And say posting questions answered in the sticky will result in their permanent banning from the forum.

That way if they post one of these threads, you can just ban them.

That was just the first place that I had found it. If they really searched like they said they did they would see their answer on more then one occasion.
