Clips

Hi all, I would like to know if these clips have a specific name so I can check if they are available online from sources such as Amazon or eBay, since I have to find a source from Europe.

I need these clips as fast as possible, because I just took out my bumper for re-spray and should be ready by next Friday where I have to assemble everything in place again.

These clips are used on the front bumper to hold the signal turns in place , now my Stang is a V6, but the front bumper is from a GT

I need help ASAP.

I'm not sure if this is the correct part number, but these clips are found on this part.

Side Front Bumper Bracket Reinforcement Support Cover Replacement For 05-09 Ford Mustang 5R3Z17C861AB FO1026110

I'm also not sure if these retaining clips can be found on their own or only sold with the bracket

Some help would be appreciated, since in my country, such parts are not easily found.
