Clutch issue

whenever i release the clutch in my 2008 gt, half way through to fully released i start to feel a chatter of stutter, then shifting into second gear there is a big clunking sound. Any thoughts what it could be?

stock clutch?

stock driveshaft?

Both stock. Have a CAI and pypes exhaust for the only mods

can't speak to the chatter - could the clutch be worn out?

as to the clunk - sort of a normal driveline slop issue with these cars, if you search for the topic pretty sure there'll be a bunch of threads

It also starts to happen after driving for a bit. It won’t happen at first but after a few traffic lights it starts to chatter or studder
