CV Joint bolts discontinued? Replacement part?

Hello,

I want to change the pinion seal and I'm thinking of changing the CV joint bolts (W708259-S426)
but tasca and others listed them as discontinued. I reassembled the bolts several times and its probably a good idea to replace them?

Does somebody knows a replacement bolt or bolt specs?
