Dealer showroom cars

Is there any way to tell on the 05-09 window stickers if it was a private order or a car the dealer ordered. Like how on newer fords the custom stickers are green and dealer stickers are blue

Ordered my 2011 GT500, blue, it says nothing.
Ordered my 2014 GT500, blue, it says special order.
Ordered my 2017 F150, green, it says special order..............if that helps..

On my wife's 2014 Lincoln it said "special order" with my name, and same on my 2013 Mustang.
