Front wheel offset for drag tires?

Ok....searched the forums and found one thread that almost told me what I need to know. Someone stated that Bogart and Holeshot front runners had a spacer welded to the wheel for the correct offset. What I need to know is.........

....what is the offset? The thread stated a 15x4 with a 1 7/8" offset plus a spacer but did not say what thickness the spacer happened to be.

I'm looking at the new Street Lite wheels from Billet Specialties. The offer a 15x3.5 front runner with a 1.75" offset. Need to know what the offset is with the spacer on these other brands to get this right.

I have my 15X3.5, 1.75" bs Draglites on a 13/16" spacer. 3" studs were a must as well for my setup..
