So the last two days I've been watching the contractor cut my floor, tear apart the yard and lay concrete where it's well needed. The rain this year has made the ground around the house a marsh. The side of the house was starting to get tire marks from going back and fourth to get to the back garage.

Also with the new lift the floor was really un-even. To solve the problem I had a 7'x12' rectangle cut out of the garage. This will give me enough room to put the post and still have room to swing the arms without worrying about the ground next to it being to high.

A 2 post lift inside and a drive on next to the garage, that's my recommendation.

Already looking for the drive on... haha

The problem is my A/C unit. That window is busted out, that's why the A/C was put in that window.

Bruce surely you shouldn't have a problem moving the window unit to another area even if you have to have it punched in ... Maybe try one of the computer type room ones that are slim and portable I forgot the name but I think there at lowes.
