No problem,

DR3Z*2552*B $88.56 plus a $50.00 core

DR3Z*2553*B $88.59 plus a $50.00 core

CR3Z*2200*A $97.50

They are new calipers, Ford has cores on all calipers, the old ones just have to be returned in the boxes the new ones arrive in for credit.

Basically yes, the only difference in the rear calipers themselves that I know of is they appear to be a darker color.

The big difference in the '13 rears is the axle end plate/caliper brackets and the rotors themselves.
