How Low Can You Go...?

My current setup is far from optimal, the car is simply too low and am looking for some insight information on how to determine the right way forward.... my current mods are in the signature, and I have pending to be fitted LCA's, including relocation brackets, and UCA with upper mount and last but not least Caster/Camber plates.

Question would be if I should fit the above first or make sure my H&R setup works prior adding more mods!?!?!
