Need help getting rid of soap stains on paint

Wash the car under the sun and the soap dried out.

Now I can see soap drip stains. Tried to rewash and I tried to clean it with spray detailer. It's still there.

Do I need to compound or polish it?

Clay bar first and foremost, should take care of it.

The car is dirty atm but you can see the stains.

Claying should get rid of it, if not try using CarPro Spotless. Worst case polishing will fix it, no need to compound unless you're swirled out..

Cars to hot, get it in the shade, hit it with a quality instant detailer.
