NSR stage II's w/factory stall?

Is it a good idea to run NSR stage II's on an auto with the factory stall and 3.73 gears?

Also, would phaser limiters be a good idea to do with these cams?

You dont loose any power down low with thost cams. The car will drive the same as it does now at low rpms. You will be fine with 3.73s

You dont need limiters either.
