Paint Pros, need help

Whats it going to take to eliminate this blemish? This is an abrasion caused by slick cardstock I used to keep the car cover from getting a hole worn in it from the antenna mast socket on the return trip from Knotts.

Its not eteched in deep as its smooth to my fingertips. Ive used clay bar, Megs No 7 and my patented Comet and wet sponge, no measureable effect. This is a sickening flaw in the paint. Easily seen. I have no other blemish like this and only two "noticeable" ones IF you look the right way.

You can wet sand it with 2000 grit sand paper and buff it out. If you don't have a buffer you can do it by hand but you'll have to really work to get the shine back.
