Mark your calendars and do not make any other plans – May 12, 2012 is the date for the next Pony Wars event that is being presented by Steeda Autosports.
The Pony Wars event held at the South Georgia Motorsports Park is open to any American made car from Ford, GM, and Mopar and with an expected huge turnout with some of the best performance cars around, this will most certainly be an event that will be talked about and remembered for quite a long period of time. If you have not been to one of the previous Pony Wars events – then you are missing out!
Final details are still being worked out, but suffice to say we are confident that the event will not only include a great car show and drag racing, but we are also making preliminary plans to potentially include an autocross track event!
More information will follow shortly – just save the date for a full day of automotive pleasure that you most certainly will not want to miss!
Update 2:
The camaro5 forum guys have got a host hotel with discounted rates. They said it would be ok to pass this info along. I know they are the "enemy" LOL, but a room is a room, and they put on a pretty good party for anyone to attend.

We have the rate for both Friday and Saturday nights - tell them you are with the Camaro group coming in on May 11-12.
If anybody plans on using the hotel just post up if you don't mind that way we can get an approx head count so they have enough rooms. I hope to see some of you out there!
Update 3:
We're going to have grudge racing all day, followed by a 3-class race:
Super Quick, Quick, and Fast Street. We're going to have a prize for 1st place and runner-up.
