Got some new 2 pc. DBA slotted rotors about 2 months ago and finally go a chance to put them on. The cross drilled ones on the car started to develop some cracks so I thought it was best to replace them.

Caliper Removed - Two 15MM bolts on the back side, very easy to get off, getting back on was a bit more of a challenge, as you don't have a lot of room to use the torque wrench - 85 ft/lbs required. Once the bolts are removed, Jiggle the caliper top to bottom to loosen off the disc. Then hang the caliper using some zip ties or bungi cords to keep the pressure off the lines.

New Disc on, just slides right on.

Caliper reinstalled -slip the rotor between the pads and center it up to the bolt holes. Once we had the bolts in, we took on out at a time, added some blue loctite and then reinstalled. Bolted up and torqued

Very nice rotors Dave! Good call on the blue locktite too. I don't know if you read where my caliper bolts backed out even though I torqued them properly when I put on my rotors, but I'll be using locktite on them from now on. Never had to before on any other car. But then, there weren't many other cars I've owned that get worked out as hard as this one does.

Thanks Tom. I noticed there was loctite on them when we took them out so figured it was best.

I got them from Ryan at RDK. He had a single set he put up for else on the board at a killer price. I couldn't pass it up.

You're modest too.

Thanks again for the helping hand.
