I bought a 05 Mustang V6 about 8 months ago so I kind of new around here. The car have the following mods:
-MMR CAI
-SCT SF3 Tuner
-BBK Shorty Headers
-Magnaflow Exhaust w/ custom X-pipe
My inspection slip says that O2 Sens, and O2 Heater are "not ready". As far as I read from this forum its a tune issue. The problem is I don't know much about tuning.
I flashed the stock tune but I figured I needed a stock air box and I dont have it. Then I selected strategy tune from my SF3 and input the parameters (CAI, Tire/rev, Gears etc) and selected rear O2's to be ON.
I bought a scaner (OBDLink from scantools.net - Great little tool!) It says that I don't have rear O2's (Bank 1 Sensor 2 - Bank 2 Sensor 2).
I was thinking of getting a stock air box and try the stock tune but it seemed to be a lot of work. So I wanted to take your oppinions on this. Any help is appreciated.
