Suddenly running super rich, no codes, starts great then dies after 5 seconds.

what maf sensor are you using? are you extended or running a mafia with a stock maf ? if so try a different maf sensor. a piece of dirt on the wire will destroy it and cause fuel dumping

mod list would help. internal engine stuff isnt necessary just fuel air stuff. also when its cold you could try unplugging stuff one by one and starting it momentarily just to judge starting with the 02's to see. i had an 02 extension harness all of a sudden go bad and start throwing 15 erroneous codes all unrelated and dumping fuel and this is how i finally sorted it out

I'm running a PMAS MAF in blow thru configuration.

Dual GT Supercar pumps, 5/8" pushlok hose, 42lb injectors, turbo, stock longblock, delete plates.

It's still running fine/back to normal.
