I have an 08 GT500. It has the FR3 package, so is lowered. I got an adjustable upper control arm to fix the pinion angle. I also have the whipple 2.9L SC installed, with the L&M dual 66 TB, whipple cai, and "the tank" expanded reservoir tanks. Now some of it is pressing into the heat shield under the hood. I got a set of 1/2" engine mount drops. This is going to affect the pinion angle again, correct? So now what will it need to be set at?

I appreciate the attempt...but I already saw this and it doesn't really help at all. It does not address the issue other than say not to have 0deg.

It will affect it minimally.

There are no "specific" angles you should be set on.

If you do not have solid bushings, start with -2 and adjust accordingly.

If you have solid bushings, start at -.5 to -1 and adjust accordingly.

The pinion angle is a very simple concept. You want to set it to where you do not have bind within the joints, nor do you want vibration.

If you can take the car to high speeds without any vibration, generally the pinion angle is acceptable.
