Any idea how much the stock driveshaft weighs? Trying to figure out how it compares to the aluminum and carbon fiber ones. Thanks for the help.

I believe the stock DS is upwards of 40lbs on the 05-10 Mustang GT's. It's quite a bit heavier and made of steel. Although, I don't know the exact weight off hand. I'll let you know if I come across it!

There you have it! Factory DS is right at 39lbs, equaling a 20lb difference between the two. Thanks for the info Mr._Q.
