I want to try to do this utilizing a wrecked s197. I have a 2010 Mustang GT, which bigger brake platform could I search for to be able to do a direct swap for a set of bigger stoppers.

Also, is there a site anyone knows of where someone could search for those wrecked cars to buy the parts off of them?

Thanks!

Plenty of GT 500 and brembo swap threads on the site if you look.

You could get the rotors and caliper brackets from a 2011-2014 GT. 13.2" rotor vs 12.4" IIRC. Your caliper bolts up to the 11-14 bracket so you don't even need to disconnect the lines. You need 18"+ rims though.

If you want bigger brakes like the GT500 calipers, there are a few threads on the subject and plenty will come up if you search Google. Your rims selection becomes more limited depending on which Big brake kit you go with.
