What can I do about my exhaust tips?

The damn things stick out to far, and it's starting to bug me. I have the FordRacing/Borla Stingers and you can see almost the full Ford Racing logo, I though I'd gain some wiggle room when I installed my O/R H but it actually made it worse. I was thinking about cutting the slit in mufflers longer, has anyone tried it? Anyone have any better ideas?

take it to a muffler shop and have them move it back

You can probably move the mid-pipes back further toward the H-Pipe.

Tried that, their is no room.

If you can weld just cut them off at the drum side and shorten them a bit and measure, see where they'll sit, find that sweet spot, clamp them down and weld them up. If you can't weld, take it to a shop that can do the above.

I cut about 1/2" off the end of my x-pipe so the mid pipes would move up that 1/2". Worked great, no problems, and retained all the slip fit connections.
