Another electrical issue please help

Have you checked your alternator lately? And one of those codes is related to the clutch pedal, do you still have that bypassed? That P0689 is the killer though..I did a ton of research when I had that code, I can send some of that stuff to you if you want, just PM or text me.
Alt is good. So, yesterday I tried all the updates for the X4 and reloading the tune same problem numerous codes then I loaded my same tune file that Manuel sent me for the X2 back into the car and boom back down to one code po340

Odd, I'm surprised there isn't more info on this, we can't be the only idiots that have run into this lol. Or maybe it's related to re-flashing the ECU strategy from auto to manual? That's the other common thread among our cars, and possibly Kurt's too, who was also having this issue last year.

I ended up just ignoring it and after a several drive cycles it all went away.

Well that's good news. It's interesting as I was just on HPTUNERS forum and they talk about "permanent DTC's" and they only go away after a certain number of drive cycles, just like you experienced. Learned something new.
