I have the Performance Automatic pan for the 5r55s on my 2010 auto. It holds an extra 4 qts, and came with a locking style dipstick and drain plug, + new longer bolts and gasket. The dipstick opening is big enough to add ATF if required. However, PA no longer makes the deeper pan for the 05-10 cars.
This unit in the above url is made by trick flow, same idea, but no cooling ribs..and only holds an extra 2 qts. Flip side is, the PA unit I have is exactly 2.1" deeper than OEM.... and may cause issues clearing the ground, in some cases. I never had a problem, even with front lowered by 1"..and the PA pan easily cleared my JBA LT's. Extra ATF capacity is a moot point. I bought it for the dipstick. PITA not being to measure ATF level with oem goofy setup. While I was at it, I also installed the JDM engineering 5r55s catch can. Then no more puking ATF all over the ground. Also used RP.."max ATF" Also installed a B+M 13 k BTU auto tranny cooler ( Bar + plate type) in series with the oem tranny cooler.
This is the bs you have to go through when a small blower is used.
