Freight shipping to Canada is not bad at all. Ever hear of N.A.F.T.A.? The kit I am selling is C.A.R.B. (50 State) legal. The one on eBay is not. I believe it is 9psi. I still have this kit after 54PM's and emails.... Still... I have no idea. This kit is still available just FYI. Colin
