I used it just talk to the newly installed premium cluster in a 2014 Mustang GT and program new keys. I had to pay the $10 as I was not good enough knowledge wise to use the free software. Once I paid the $10, it was a breeze. Have not used it since.

Just today my outside air temp was 69 degrees and the intake air was 72 after 1 hour of driving. That is with a completely stock air box system in a 2014 Mustang GT Base. The big difference I notice is when it's 100 outside. Then it's 112 intake air.
