Do you know where they found a terminal end that goes into that block. I have the exact same issue with mine, but it overheats my relay and causes the fan to stop working.

Did you pull the front cover off when you installed the camshaft? Nevermind, seen you used wedge, which means you didn't pull the covers.

It takes a ton of misfires on a Ford in order for it to store a code.

I've been having this issue for quite a while now. If I let my car sit for longer than 20 minutes , but less then several hours=engine all the way cooled down, it will spin over for a while before it starts up to 5 seconds. When it finally kicks over seems fine. At times it will start quicker...
