Need Advice... 05 Mustang Gt lash adjuster/lifter noise

I actually forget might have been somewhere on a forum or online for recommended maintainance for certain issues. Sure enough some of those lifters seemed on there last leg. But again brand new lifters.... making noise again, I’m wondering if there is a deeper issue. Seems to be coming around...

I considered it too, when the heads came out I checked the cams and they’re in great shape, they’ve been in for probably the last 20k miles with no issues, the old lifters so I’ve heard only last around 100k miles before they start to give up so I thought I would’ve been able to fix that issue...
