Thanks guys. Another factor I thought of was that Ford made the Bullitt only with a manual for a reason. A manual trans for those who are "drivers"...who want control over luxury. Probably best to just let somebody else enjoy the car for what it is...a well balanced driver that may not do...

I can say the same here...but I don't go to the strip, so couldn't care less about 1/4 or 1/8 mile times. 3.73 works fine for the twisty back roads here. Yet I don't feel like I'm revving the engine to death when doing 80 or so on the interstate. All depends on what you use your car for. Too...

Long ago, I was told to think of an engine as an air pump. Increasing the flow of air is good for power. With boost? I'd listen to those who make the blower as far as cams are concerned.

I'd advise proceeding carefully, if at all. Stock belts are engineered very specifically to handle the forces encountered in an accident...stitching used, hardness of bolts, torque values for the bolts, and more. Everything done to spec. Any way to know that this product would meet these...
