15 f150 changed firing order via the cams, crankshaft is the same. You will need to swap both intake and exhaust cams. Easy button to avoid a lot of tuning is use gen 1 intake cams/timing components and intake manifold. That should be doable since you have the parts already.

I've been researching my 4.6 to 5.0 swap as well. Your trans will bolt up, coyote will bolt in. The big hiccups are fuel and wiring.

Have you tried to source a stock or repop bulb housing that is approximately the right size? That would get rid of your most expensive tooling cost.

I experienced the same thing when i shipped my mustang here. The octane rating is lower here, the fuel just isnt as good. That and the way the stop lights are set up, plus the high speed on autobahns makes for poor mileage. I went from 21mpg average in colorado to about 16 mpg average here...
