    GT 500 Slave Cylinder DR3Z-7A508-A

That makes sense that its the clutch master not the slave. The slave has a different part number on the GT 500. My guess is because the input shaft on the 6060 should be larger than the 3650. Thanks for clearing that up Racer47.

    GT 500 Slave Cylinder DR3Z-7A508-A

What do you mean by "pain to change". I'm going to need a new clutch soon, so I thought it would be a good time to make any other upgrades.

    GT 500 Slave Cylinder DR3Z-7A508-A

Saw a post (not here) regarding the installation of a GT 500 Slave Cylinder DR3Z-7A508-A in a GT with the 3650 transmission. Claimed it eliminated the 2-3 miss shift. Search around and cant find anything that would support this.

Try this again.. Any help would be great

Friend of mine had a similar problem. Followed roughly the same troubleshooting path. Ended up replacing the ECU. After some research found that some of the early S197 ECU's overheated and would crack the board. Found a newer ECU at an auto wrecker. Got it re-flashed at a local shop. Back in...

    Breather vs Catch Can

I have used the search function and found its still an open question. I just thought I'd ask it again and see if there are any new ideas or thoughts. I see your response is typical of most forms / social media. Nothing constructive. So please do not resort to yelling and using profanity. Have...

    Breather vs Catch Can

Taking environmental issues out of the equation, what's better, breather on the valve covers or a catch can.

    squeaky umi uca

I was contemplating removing it. I just might do that. I'm thinking it could possibly be something to do with the UMI Stepped Spacers. If i replace the control arm mount with the matching one from UMI that will eliminate the need for spacers. I can also have look at the the inner sleeve.

    squeaky umi uca

JUSTA3V: Yes it does have a Zerk fitting. I used the supplied Prothane grease on the sides and about 5 shots of silicone Superlube. lemkau77: I put in about 5 shots also. My grease gun is not a full size, its a mini. Worried about putting in to much. I'll put in another 2 or 3 and see what happens.

    squeaky umi uca

Just installed a umi adjustable uca. I lube up the sides with silicone lube. Torqued to 150 ft lbs. Added a few shots of superlube. Now I have this squeak that won't go away. Any ideas?

CHE brace and torque limiters with JBA long tube headers

There is a definite split. Some swear by them and some don’t. I think It comes down to driving style. I don’t drag race the car. No drag strip here. I just auto-x and time attack. The track is short and never get up to red line.

Interesting issue, 08 stock GT won't stay running.

If you have a tuner try flashing the ECU with the stock tune. When I make a change to mine I first flash it back to stock, then up load the changes.
