    4.0L V6 Stainless Single Exhaust ?

AM used to sell complete X pipe true dual exhaust setups. I have one on my 4.0 from Ford Performance, they had kits from Pypes that included everything, even half dome caps to cover a bad bumper cover cut out, and one to match the other side. I don't know if they even sell exhaust anything...

    Neutral revving problem

Try changing out your TPS. Mine did exactly the same thing and I changed the throttle positioning sensor and revving issue solved. I did change it a couple of times until I bought a performance TPS which handles the upgraded CPU, injectors, turbo and tunes.

    4th and 5th gear grind

I've been having a similar issue. When it's hot and humid, or just humid, I have issues getting into 1st, reverse is tight and 5th can grind until warmed up. When it's cool and dry outside the car shifts fine. My diagnostic brain went right to clutch replacement on a vehicle w/69k on it...

    4.0 V6 2006. engine idle 500rpm

I had a similar rev up/down issue, I replaced the throttle positioning sensor and it solved my issue. The TPS is an and cheap replacement ($70 at Autoany part store) and 2 screws. I've done it a few times, my 70mm throttle body screws them up in about 20k miles.
