Finally got em in and installed, I think they go great with the stock interior. was pretty straight forward for the install, also lost 50 pounds over the stock seats. (drivers was 60 lbs, pass 48 lbs, new seats were both 58 installed.)

regular size, I'm 5'11" and 170. the seats feel great compared to stock seats, but I like a firmer seat. also, you do sit lower an inch or two with these, which is fine for me. I can see the gauges completely now instead of the top 1/4 of the tach and speedometer blocked by the steering wheel. Also when I'm at the track with a helmet on, I almost don't clear the roof with the stock seats.

yes airbag light, for now. gonna figure out the resistance of the stock bags and make my own simulator plugs. I did install the passenger seat sensor and seat position sensors. so all I should need is the simulator for the seat airbags.

update. just got done installing the modified sims. no more seat light!

how to do it.
1. order the 05-10 seat sims, they come in a set.
2. cut off the end.
3. cut out the resistor in it. (checked the resistance, 6.8 ohms, the color band on the resistors was either blue or violet, grey, gold, gold. so 6.8 or 7.8 ohms)(looked blue to me though and it measured 6.8 ohms on my DMM).
4. go to radio shack and purchase (2) 10 ohm 1/4 watt resistor packs(they have five in each pack). they are $1.19 each, so plus tax under 3 bucks.
5. solder in the resistor packs (5 resistors in parallel) equal 2 ohms. but after soldered in they measured around 2.5 ohms, close enough for the 2.2 required for the newer sensor.
6. once soldered in and covered install into plug.

walla no more light!
