I'm running 275/40/18 up front and 285/40/18. Works good and sticks like glue. Not in the signature pic, though (275/40/18 all around).

I ran across a good deal on supercar tires. 285 40 18 for 99.00 each and 109.00 for 255 45 18. I guess I could do 285 all around for cheaper I guess.

Why can't the Ford Racing wheels have the same nice color as the factory GT500 coupe wheels? If they did, I'll pull the trigger on an order today.

The Coupe wheels are Forged 19's. The FRPP wheels are cast 18's for the convertibles. The 19's are considered a premium wheel, so they wanted to differentiate the two from each other by giving them each a different and unique finish.

Since you asked.

Thank you. It wasn't a rhetorical question. :) I see now. And bugger.

I have the same feeling here. The color of the 19" forged wheels is amazing. My wheels that I've received recently are the 18" but I will think they look nice. I'm waiting to see how are they going to look on my car soon. I might paint them in the future in the Coupe color. :whistling:

No problems running svt wheels widened to 18x11 and 18x12 and I had tokico d-spec on it with ford racing/lowering springs with no problems and I now have ccw wheels and KW variant III coilovers on it and it handles like a champ with no issues.
